The aim of the projects will not only be to improve the awareness of the content and mission of V4 cooperation but also to actively include other countries in the debate about the meaning and forms of regional cooperation in Europe.

V4 countries have only recently concluded the accession process with the EU. The projects shall develop the possibilities of transferring the know-how that stems from the experience with the integration process to countries that face (or already undergo) the accession talks with the EU.

The projects shall elaborate on the fact that good governance is one of the key contemporary issues both in regard to one’s own country and also in the context of international cooperation. The projects shall consider the prerequisites for improving the conditions of scientific research and elaborate on establishing better parameters for the system functioning and its overall support. It is particularly essential to consider motivation of young scientists in the V4 region.
