These deliverables are part of the central project phase WP1. This phase is planned during the whole project because the project objectives are as an analogy to the EU Horizon coordination funding tool (CSA) which in Slovakia's academic research policy does not exist at all. This practically means that in addition, not only standard project management is necessary (if something is delivered or deadlines are o.k.). Moreover, a research coordination management for project phases WP2, WP3, WP4, WP5 is crucial because project is focused on preparing V4+ researchers as the V4+ Consortium team with shared research expertise for the future Horizon and international projects (WP2, WP3, WP4, WP5). The project phase WP5 requires a parallel coordination because due to the patent application and intention to the design of V4+ educational packages as multi-lingual/multi-formated. To our best, such educational kind of teaching and learning materials does not exist even in the EU.
Within the WP1 project phase three categories of workshops are planned: (1) MW: midterm 2-days workshop 7-8/2/2019, (2) FW: final 2-days workshop - in Trnava 5-6/9/2019, and (3) PS/EW: Partner search/External workshop events during 2018/2019.
Such complex strategy mentioned above requires a concentration of activities, therefore several categories of costs are planned. It must be emphasised, that one should consider workshops as 'internal research team conferences'. Thus, expert activities (texts, tasks) and publishing will be planned.
