The travel costs for transportation of organizers to ensure smooth running of project and artists to enable the project to take place. Rent for all necessary equipment including instruments, musical and sound equipment, LCD screen, stage, security fences, public toilets. It is needed to make possible the concerts and to ensure the highest quality of performance as it is possible. Artistic fees incl. other personnel costs are necessary to have the musicians and to present them to the public and to achieve the objectives of the project. The promotional materials inform the wide public about the concerts, its objectives, the musicians, and the mission of concerts. The copyright fees are connected to the music and rights of artists who will perform during concerts. Meetings of the organizers and project partners within V4 countries help to promote the project and widen the awareness of it.
