Presidents of the V4 reaffirmed support for the Visegrad Fund

On December 3rd, the presidents of the Visegrad Group (V4) countries met in Esztergom, Hungary, under the Hungarian Presidency, with the Visegrad Fund invited to join the discussions. All four presidents reaffirmed their strong support for the Visegrad Fund, recognizing its vital role in strengthening neighborly relations and regional cooperation over the past 25 years.

Executive Director Linda Kapustova Helbichova highlighted that the Fund’s 25 years of expertise and trust are “more important than ever.”
She added: “The Fund is much more than an institution that distributes financial resources. It is living proof that cooperation between the V4 countries not only works, but also brings tangible and lasting value. The Fund serves as a hub for cooperation – it shows what can be achieved when we join forces. It operates not politically, but professionally and constructively, constantly seeking new ways to achieve more together.”
