The imperative of this result is availability of experience and guidance to the perspective new grower. For the starting farmers, it must be consider the vital components of a welldesigned farm production system. Training's for mentors will ensure that mentees take an active role in development of youngster’s future ventures, enhance their learning culture and spread knowledge and best practice. The TGs, specifically youngsters, will be effected the mostly in process of mentoring due to the needs of been assisted in developing their own ventures. New farmers will need educational/mentoring opportunities in the areas of soil management, irrigation scheduling, fertility and rotation designs, harvesting techniques, planting and harvest schedules, etc. It is essential that experience is available to assist the new farmer in the creation of a profitable and biologically sound business/production plan. Within this, the experience needed is available from the eco mentor.
