Enhancing Western Ukrainian NGO's capacity for future work among youth
4 day training for local NGOs, topic of conference: project management. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills in mentioned subjects from international experts from the Slovakian partner. Our goal is to increase local NGO's knowledge in project management, to provide opportunities for the training of individuals starting their careers as NGOs workers, as well as for more experienced NGO workers to develop specialist skills. As capacity building is one of the main objectives of this project, this training aims to strengthen the connection and relation among participants.
