One-third of the agenda - 3 modules: 3.Local Politics- vertical division of power, -Municipalities, city management, how to engage in local politics, -Public finances and state budget, -Engaged citizens, 4.Active civil sector, - Civil sector as the watchdog of democracy, - Human rights and democracy, - Human rights monitoring, tools and potential advocacy for changes, 5.Communicaiton and Campaigns, - Ethics in politics, sustainable leadership, integrity, - Art of public speaking, active communication, political marketing and campaigns, - Role of the media in democratic processes. One-third of the agenda - presentation of final versions of essays. One-third of the agenda - simulation - participants form 6 member teams, that each consists of 2 representatives from each of the three project countries. The organisers do division into teams. Team will be gender-balanced and reflecting the diversity of different ethnicity of participants.
