3rd Capacity Building Training

4 day training for local NGOs, topic of conference: volunteer and HR management. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills in mentioned subjects from international experts from the Polish partner. Our goal is increasing local NGO's knowledge in volunteer and HR management, provide opportunities for the training of individuals starting their careers as NGOs workers, as well as for more experienced NGO workers to develop specialist skills. As capacity building is one of the main objectives of this project, this training aims to strengthening the connection and relation among participants.
