6. Study visit in V3 countries

The Applicant and the Partners will select 10 most active participants from both academies, who will go on a study trip to the partners’ organisations and will directly attest to the their work in their natural environment. Each partner prganisation will prepare a special programme which will be adjusted to the participants’ needs and preferences as the Partners will have already been in BiH, interacted with the participants and participated directly at their selection. All partners are active in their respective communities and combine various experience and skills. The participants will learn in practice how the partners set up their organisations, managed to be sustainable, have been active in their communities, how they interact with civil society actors public and state institutions and what tools and methods they use in their everyday work. The participants will later transfer the acquired knowledge into their respective communities
