Intensive cumulated accelerating event (7 days) with 2 main parts: 1) Study and business visit at the Hands On! Conference in Frankfurt 2) Intensive business model training in children Explorado, Cologne.
1) Hands On! Conference is in Europe unique and un-paralled learning and business making bi-annual event for children museums, with high density of the best practitioners, experts at related fields and colleagues from all over the world. The mentor supports the starting up professionals to understand and orientate the whole picture to maximalize their benefit from attending the event.
2) Business model training tailored specifically to the needs of the start-ups by the founder of one of the Europe's most successful private children museums
