Analysis and preparation: Academic freedom in Belarus and the V4 - a joint plan to overcome barriers

The project and seminar preparation will create a first space for brainstorming and gathering ideas, while all involved partners, experts and organizers will collaborate for the development of the project. A deep analysis of problems, obstacles and challenges will be raised, while concept schedule and plan will be created accordingly to the selection of candidates.
