Capacity Building Program for Individuals—Employability Skills Training Course

Intensive Training Course will be held. Girls and women representing local communities (including ethnic minorities) will develop personal skills for employment. They will gain job search, CV and cover letter making techniques, will develop job interview tips. Local women will be familiarised about professional development opportunities and employment possibilities in government and private sector organizations. At the end of the training course a draft strategy and action plan about joint follow-up initiatives will be developed and presented by participants.Different interactive methods will be used by the trainers’ team and designed according to the profile of participants. The sessions will be enriched with input from trainers and guest speakers. All approaches will be proposed to participants in order to ensure “learning by doing” and experiencing learnt theory on practice.
