Conference event with a panel discussion & presentation of the policy paper

Partners would present the findings of the policy paper during a half-day long conference in Kiev, Ukraine. The specific location for the event has been preliminary set to be the new innovation park in Kiev, Unit City. The preparation and organization would be coordinated between the applicant and the partner in Ukraine. The conference would feature the experts from partner organizations who contributed with their expertise to the production of the policy paper. The target audience of this event would be Ukrainian policymakers (at least 10) professionals working in innovation-related fields (workers in incubators, creative industry platforms, researchers, R&D managers etc.). A brief agenda for the event: (1) the Ukrainian partner would present the partners from V4 and introduce the project, (2) each V4 partner would present their inputs for the policy paper, (3) space for Q&A from the audience, (4) roundtables for more focused discussions and (5) networking.
