Best Financing models for Smart Clusters development in CEEC (BSMART)
BSMART Conference is foreseen to become platform for discussing and presenting outcome of the projects, finding and tools enhancing cooperation between clusters. It will be organized in Kiev in the second year of the project implementation and will become the floor to encourage clusters located in the V4 and Ukraine as well as other Eastern Partnership Countries exchange views, oppinions and promote innovative financing models supporting SMART solutions.
