Conference on Progress in Collective Redress Mechanisms in Mass Harm Situations in V4 Countries

In the framework of our Visegrad 4 project: "Progress in collective redress mechanisms in environmental and consumer mass harm situations" we are organizing an international conference on November 23, 2018 in Prague. On the conference we will discuss if efficient collective redress mechanisms are an achievable target in the Visegrad 4 countries. Besides the participation of international experts and the Czech legislative experts also the Visegrad 4 leading consumer protection and environmental protection associations will report on the existing problems of collective redresses for mass damage. At the closing panel discussion the Visegrad legal experts will debate on the reform of the class action and other collective redress mechanism in law.
