Connecting Talents: developing sustainable ideas to promote intercultural dialogue

This output is designed to help the participants to get to know each other and develop their ideas. The teams will be put together by the organizers and ideally consist of 4 different nationalities. The morning of the first day is designed for the participants to get to know each other. To make this a bit more relaxed, the groups will have a 30min to get to know each other, after which they will introduce another member of the team to the rest of the participants. That way, they are forced to pay close attention to their fellow team members, ask the right questions from the start and interact with each other straight away taking overcoming the first boundaries of meeting someone new. After the introductory round, the tutor will introduce the main objectives of the project and give a short lecture on collective creativity and how to develop ideas in a cross-sectoral context. During the rest of the day, the participants will develop first ideas by getting to know each other and their backgrounds more, exploring the city, talking about their visions of the future etc. The following day they will develop their ideas further and receive some one-to-one mentoring. They will prepare their presentation for the pitchings.
