A catalogue, AV materials with lectures, power point presentations of the lessons, list of attendants, evaluation forms, notes of intention. The catalogue is the basic working tool for all the workshop attendants, all the information about projects, their phase, budgets and further development plans can be found there as well as information about participants, observers, guests, tutors, students and staff. We create participants‘ zone which is inder password accessible on our website, there we upload recordings (video, audio, power point) of workshop’s sessions that can be used, and frequently is, later. Notes of intention sum-up the work participants aim to do between the workshops and set up a goal for the next session. Evaluation forms evaluate every day and activity of the workshop.
