European Cohesion Funds and Energy Efficiency: professional panel discussion

Most of the Hungarian building stock is obsolete and the rate of the renovations—of which the main financial source are the European Structural and Investment Funds—and their quality are insufficient. The purpose of the panel discussion is to provide a forum for stakeholder professionals and for the representative of the Hungarian Ministry of Innovation and Technology to change their experiences and views and to formulate learning points which could help in more efficient outline and implementation of financial instruments in the next programming period.
