Home for bats in Central Europe
The 2nd excursion will be held close to the Budakeszi Zoo (Wildlife Park) situated at a small forest pond. Aim: To show, how do we get data about forest-dwelling bats and how do we determine their home in the forest (dead woods, holes, etc.). In addition, we are going to show how can we use mist-nets and bat detectors, respectively. Place EOV (N, E): 242566, 640832
