Final Conference, Discussion and Round Table

This output will include: preparation of final conference (materials, logistics, promotion, agenda), promotional and communication activities with relevant public institutions and inviting professionals from public sector to participate at the Final conference and round table, presentation of project results and successful stories of implemented pilot projects, round table with professionals from public and private sector, sustainability plan (exploitation plan and activities and commitment of relevant stakeholders to continue the action after finishing the project) The Deliverables of this output are: 1.Final conference with the following agenda: A) Presentation of best case practices from each partner organization B) Presentation of the work done during the project (raising awareness campaign and workshops) C) Presentation of the 3 implemented projects D) Open discussion E) Round table with influencing government decision-makers about the current situation and challenges regarding sustainability and environmental protection 2.Report from the Final conference (list of participants, minutes, photos) 3.Sustainability plan
