Housing problem in Central Europe after the transition of 1989
Referring to the examples of housing estates found in Brno, the students will analyse them in terms of profit they generate (according to a well-known rule of looking for answers by following the money flows). They will also discuss the issue of suburban sprawl and compare it with the development of the Czech countryside of Morava.
