People could register with or without a team and at the event they will create teams. So, if somebody needs a software developer and there is a software developer without a team, he or she can join to that team etc. That means that we are giving opportunities into people’ hands to meet with valuable individuals and form powerful teams. These teams could build successful businesses after the competition. Without the event maybe they would never meet with each other. Of course, if a team is already full they do not have to bring in more people but we can provide values for them, too. People could register with and without an idea. If somebody has an idea he or she has to brief it in one minute at the beginning of the event to the other participants. After everyone who has an idea briefed the project the rest of the participants vote for their favorite. This is the filter stage, so projects with too few votes cannot compete. That means that everyone has a chance to test and measure the popularity of an idea in minutes. On the other hand, if somebody’s idea is good enough that he or she can coordinate that project and develop his or her leadership skills and also test whether the idea can be profitable. Also, if somebody does not have any idea he or she can still work on some innovative project by joining to a team. So, we are giving opportunities to people who do not have ideas. The teams will create a profitable project from scratch under four hours. It is a very good invested time per value ratio. So an idea could be developed in a short time, and measured by professional jury. These people could not show up so easily in front of such professionals we are inviting to the jury. It consists of venture capitalists, business angels, bizdev experts etc. These could be the teams’ potential investors, customers, partners or mentors in the future. Professional mentors helping to the teams during the development of the projects. Every team is going to have at least two dedicated mentor. The mentors are bizdev experts, IT professionals, CEO-s etc. These mentors will boost the productivity of the teams and teach them a lot about product development, lean, business and such things.
