Internal Workshop for the Creation of the Strategy and Action Plan for Maker Movement Establishment

Experts from Make More organization (Czechia) will hold a workshop for the applicant on developing a strategy for BiH with an action plan for the strategy implementation. Workshop will be held online (2-day event). The strategy will provide details on existing barriers and resources, including the overall vision, mission, and objectives of the initiative. Action plan will include a well-defined description of the goals to be achieved and steps that need to be carried out to reach the goals (with deadlines, milestones, resources, evaluation). Indicator: a 2-day workshop held online for staff of applicant by experts on Maker Movement.
