International conference on youth career guidance and labour market needs (Slovakia)

This one-day international conference in Slovakia will bring together 50–60 professionals including stakeholders from V4+ region. The event will present key results from national labor market research, highlight challenges faced by displaced Ukrainian teenagers, and showcase good practices in career guidance. Panels will include policymakers, educators, career counselors, and employers. Partners will share their experience of platform adaptation and digital guidance tools. The event will feature multilingual sessions, live interpretation, and recording. Outcomes will inform regional strategies and reinforce inclusive educational responses. The conference will also mark the launch of the Career Guide and support its visibility across professional and policy networks.
