The seminar will take place in Georgia and serve as an introduction to the partners existing situation in Georgia and its needs. It will serve as a ground for the presentation of partner countries' experience and discussion on the main challenges, common problems and seek for the best solutions. The seminar will serve as a scientific basis for the project's future activities.
