Kick-off Meeting in Tirana

The kick-off will serve as a partnership-wide to exchange the expertise of the partners and will be conceived as a way to consolidate regional collaboration and research capabilities, as well as to more efficiently implement the activities of the project. During the kick off the establishment of a group of experts (partners' members organizations or others). The group will be part of the activities under the project. The experts will share their expertise and be involved in writing materials produced under the project. They will further their knowledge through the project and contribute further, beyond the project's duration time.
