Kick-off Project Meeting

Initial project meeting for all the project partners to kick-off the project, 1–2 ppl per organisation, total of 10 ppl. Setting the project schedule, communication channels, setting the management issues. Also personal meeting of partners for introduction and better collaboration and communication.
