Meeting for representatives of the aviation industry from the Visegrad Group countries.

Organization by the Applicant and Partners of a meeting for a group of representatives of companies and organizations from the aviation industry and persons interested in aviation issues. The meeting will be attended by representatives of all V4 countries, the invitation will also be addressed to potential participants from outside V4 countries. The event which will be the subject of the project will consist of a conference dedicated to the aviation issues of V4 region and establishing cooperation, which will be organized on 14-15 September 2019 in Bielsko-Biała (Poland) - the region of Silesia, where the city is located, has a rich tradition of light aviation. The first day (14.09.2019) - organization of an event addressed to representatives of the aviation industry from the V4 region, companies, organizations, clusters operating in this sector, to which experts and experts on aviation issues from Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia will be invited. The applicant also envisages inviting other participants - i.e. from Eastern and Western European countries. In total, more than 40 participants recruited by the Leader and Partners of the project will participate in a meeting lasting about 6 hours, divided into discussion panels - the leading topics of the project on the first day of the event will be the history of aviation of V4 countries (light aviation, production of gliders, memorial sites to the history of aviation in each country, etc.). Second day (15.09.2019) - conference addressed to min. 40 people from the aviation industry. In relation to the discussions started the day before - discussion of the current main problems of the industry, analysis of the possibilities of cooperation, including planning further activities aimed at further cooperation between aviation organisations and aviation entrepreneurs from the Visegrad Group countries, the future of the aviation industry in V4 in relation to the topic, closer and closer to all Europeans and the upcoming industrial revolution 4.0. Assumptions of the applicant: - Organisation of a 2-day meeting. The applicant assumes that 40 participants who come to the meeting from V4 countries, from other cities in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, will all have a guaranteed accommodation. The estimated price based on the applicant's previous experience is 320 PLN net per person per night. In a hotel in Bielsko-Biała. -The cost of meals for participants during the event organized under the project (1 day: 2 coffee breaks and one lunch - 40 people, organization of a gala dinner for 40 people, 2 days: 1 coffee break and one lunch break for 40 participants). -The expenditure will include the cost of renting meeting rooms and technical support for the event. -Travel costs of experts, organizers and speakers related to the arrival at the meeting.
