Multiple Challenges for V4 in the Context of EU

In the western part of the EU the V4 countries are often perceived as one united. They are infamous for their negative attitude towards refugees and the cheap eastern labor force which is often presented by the media as a threat to the local labor market. Despite certain similarities there are significant difference among V4 countries in terms of local politics or relationship to the EU. Are there good and the bad guys within EU and how will the cooperation within V4 work onward?
