Forecasting factors influence on climatic changes as a part of Sustainable Development Goals 2030
The scientific seminar will present and consult with students the creation of a methodology for the integral assessment of the potential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions based on the calculation of composite indices of local potentials, using the methodology of factor and cluster analyses, quaternion algebra, i.e.: the potential of economic, environmental and infrastructural measures for a directional impact on the key factors of emissions production.
