Preparatory Meeting

1-day on-line preparatory meeting with the aim to review the objectives, the activity plan, to introduce each other, to get to know each other work in the field of community engagement, to review the division of the responsibilities and roles between the applicant Mission: Reconnect and the partners, to review the visibility, financial issues, to clarify any issues that the partners might have. A number of the partners: 2 participants per the applicant Mission: Reconnect, 1 participant per organization to be present for the whole duration of the meeting, and additional participants being present for specific sessions e.g. on the session focus on finances we expect to be present the financial stuff of participating organizations.
