Prevent Seminar in Slovakia

The prevent seminars convey skills in recognizing, analysing and strategically responding to threats of intolerance, group hatred and extremism/populism – addressing practitioners and stakeholders of youth work and the educational sector in a broad sense, including youth workers, teachers, local authorities, sports coaches, police, prison/probation, health care, religious groups, NGOs and CSOs, inter alia. The seminars support the build-up of public-civil partnerships and the development of community-embedded inter-agency responses – thus offering strategies to address the issues in a professional and sustainable manner on a local level.
