Project Activities in Yerevan and Shirak, Gegharkunik

(a) to carry out all related Organization activities (online/offline) in Yerevan and 2 RA regions (Shirak (Gyumri), Gegharkunik (Gavar)) to support successful realization of all project planned activities in Yerevan and RA regions (Specific Goals 2-7); (b) to carry out administrative work to organize participation of cinematographers/artworkers from V4, EaP (5 participants) in the project digital events (master classes, discussions); (c) to meet with the heads/representatives of universities, schools, organizations/institutions for discussion of concrete event (place, exact time, technical equipment) and make initial arrangements in Yerevan, and Shirak, Gegharkunik regions; (d) to inform project partners and all the selected participants about all project activities (main goals, topics, dates, detailed schedule, etc.) via e-mail, social media; (e) to inform/engage local/regional mass media about all planned Project activities in Armenia; (f) to provide transportation (21 September – 25 December) during project implementation in Yerevan for making arrangements of project planned activities (preliminary meetings, information dissemination, organizational activities, etc.); (g) to provide transportation for preliminary meetings (21 September – 25 December) to Yerevan-Gyumri (Shirak region)-Yerevan, Yerevan-Gavar (Gegharkunik region)-Yerevan, and local transportation in Gyumri and Gavar, for making arrangements of project planned activities in RA regions; (h) to carry out organizational works to support effective implementation of the SMM strategy.
