Actors of Change! Fostering Student Activism in Armenia
Thirty (30) participants (the same participants from the Student Activism School) will undergo a two-month training aimed at supporting good management practices and effective decision making throughout a project management cycle. The topics will include: Project management theory;
Programming; Project identification; Project formulation; Project implementation; Project evaluation; Agile project management; Project management priorities based on PMBOK.
