Back on the Agenda: EU Enlargement and Western Balkans
As a replacement for traditional discussion the public debate will be held in ‘fishbowl’ format. Speakers in the inner circle will discuss a topic, discussion will be led by a moderator, while the remaining participants will listen and observe. Any member of the audience can, at any time, occupy the an empty chair in the inner circle and join the fishbowl. The public debate intend:
- to present recommendations from the workshop to the EU policy makers
- to trigger interactive debate with youth, experts and policy-makers about WB on the EU level. Expected Duration: 2 hours.
