Public event no. 1: Launch of the study "The admissibility of criminal cases before the International Criminal Court related to the Maidan events and the situation in occupied Crimea and eastern Ukraine"

The first public event in the series will serve as the launch event, introducing the analyses to the public for the first time. Given that the judiciary and law enforcement authorities in Ukraine face challenges in bringing perpetrators of war crimes and crimes against humanity to justice, the study will provide a welcome addition for policymakers, legal practitioners and scholars engaging in efforts of Ukraine in establishing law and order on its territory. With the V4 speakers (Project participants) involved, the event will promote regional cooperation in the V4 to reestablish rule of law in Ukraine as a result of the occupation and conflict.
