Retro Cross-Country

International Cross-country relay race with contestants wearing old skis and outfits. Race office is situated at Wisla Main Square. Participants start in relays, including teams from Wisla and Jablunkov. The race takes place in town centre and (depending on weather) amateur ski trail in Wisla Jonidlo, which needs to be promoted among locals and tourists (including Czech tourists). All contestants have to wear old skis (locally called "cumloki" - used in the first part of the 20th century). Referries measure time of the best international relays. The world champion in cross-country of 1978 officialy starts the race. After competition finishes, participants go for a hot meal and later on artistic program starts and awards are given.
