The Pivotal Role of V4 in the Current Processes of EU Enlargement

The need for this additional event is a follow up to our previous event held in Bratislava (Slovakia) on 23 November 2023 entitled "The Future of the European Union and its Enlargement: Does its Cohesion and Global Geopolitical Competitiveness Rely on Its Enlargement?". On this event via zoom we had the attendance all of the major players to whom we wanted to make the debate visible, especially the three different accounts from the European Commission and the careful attendance of several embassies here that are relevant for the furthering of the accession process. The reactions were positive and we believe that the continuation of this debate will greatly contribute by unlocking the enlargement process through promoting depolarization of the intercultural relations between the Bulgarian and Macedonian societies. The event will involve not only the stakeholders but also the wider public.
