Advocacy Strategies for Forest Kindergartens in V4 Countries
1 day training with experts for food hygiene and catering in FK. One expert from European country, where FK are well established (e.g. Germany, Denmark, Scotland) together with a local expert who knows the legislative background. The content of the training aims at following: - HACCP procedure in FK - cooking outdoors - equipment, food safety rules, recipes Connecting the legislative theory and good practice is a part of the advocacy strategy. The negotiators must be aware of practical aspects of the addressed issues. The event will be open also for FK stakeholders and practicioners who can benefit from this experience in their daily work and also support the negotiations in local discussions. The training takes place in a local Forest Kindergartens. Language Czech - English (consecutive translation).
