Social Inclusion and Empowerment of Youth Through Support to Development of LC in Eco Production
Education scheme (Farmer field schools FFS and Business field schools BFS) experts and educated trainers/mentors/adviser selected from the applicant (and partner organization) will deliver certain training's and support to the young farmers. Their main task will be to transfer knowledge. Training's (FFS/FBS) for participants (TGs) will consist of two segments: agriculture production (basics of agro ecology; basics of plant production; vegeculture; biogarden; pomiculture: apiculture; herbs and spice plants; agriculture and rural development) and entrepreneurship (legal forms of entrepreneurship with emphasis on agriculture; profit/loss account; cash flow forecasting; costs and pricing; funding a startup, tax issues; market (sales);
model of organizing and networking; subsidies).
