Ukraine on the road of EU integration. What lessons to learn for Ukraine from the V4 countries’ experiences on the field of cross-border cooperation? – one-day conference in Košice.

The conference will include the greetings (from the Košice Self-Governing Region, the EU Commission, from the government of Ukraine and the AEBR); two panels in which Ukrainian experts and policy-makers will summarise the steps taken so far by Ukraine in the EU integration process and on the policy-field of cross-border cooperation; two panels presenting the V4 experiences with CBC in EU integration (one panel involving experts of the topic and another dedicated to the testimonies of the local stakeholders of CBC); and a round-table discussion of policy experts of the V4 countries in which the lessons learnt from the EU integration process will be discussed. It is expected that nearly 200 participants will attend the event from all over Europe (Ukraine included).
