Visegrad Environmental Philosophy Summer School

VEPSS is a week-long intensive program for scholars and graduate students from the Visegrad countries that work on environmental questions in the region that can meet and exchange knowledge with high-profile international thinkers from global academia, who have been path-breaking for the field. The event will be preceded by a preparatory phase where representatives of the partner organisations will work together on the programme, setting up the open call for students and their selection. This preparatory work will take place both online and offline. The VEPSS itself will take the form of a residency where participants will spend time together - presentations, debates on current environmental issues and visits to locations relevant to the event theme will take place.
