Does Well-Being Matter? Higher-Education Teachers During the Covid-19 Pandemic
Corvinus University of Budapest (Hungary) will organise online workshop focusing on specific conditions, workload, time allocation and well-being of those university teachers, who are involved in practically oriented studying programs, including field training and laboratory exercises. Within the workshop, 4 experts on field training and laboratory training and their influence on the teachers ‘workload will deliver expert talks. The aim of the workshop is to: - discuss specifics of the time distribution and workload of teachers participating on field trainings and laboratory trainings, - discuss challenges and trends in field and laboratory training, - stimulate discussion on pross and cons of laboratory and field training comparing to theoretical courses (with the emphasis on time allocation and well-being), workshop will be held online through the MS Teams platform. Workshop takes part on Friday 26th Novemebr, from 13:00 until app. 15:00
