Network for Equal Recognition Before Law of Persons with Disabilities in AL, CZ and HU
The workshop to be undertaken with relevant stakeholders per country, focused on realizing concrete legal reform. The focus of these events will be the UN CRPD and General Comment 1 on Article 12, Article 19 by the CRPD Committee and the need for harmonizing national legislation in the area of legal capacity to the CRPD.
