Workshop on Organizing International Sports Events

This workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to organize high-quality international sports events, contributing directly to the project’s goal of building regional capacities in sports tourism. Key topics include logistical management, event promotion, participant engagement, and the economic and social benefits of hosting international competitions. Expert from the International Teqball Federation (FITEQ), with extensive experience in organizing major events such as the Teqball World Championships, will deliver tailored sessions, sharing best practices and strategies in this regard. The workshop will engage 50 participants, including representatives from FITEQ, PZTEQ, and national Teqball federations and sports event organizers across Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the wider Western Balkans region.
