EDU Roztoc fest
Partneracrobatics workshop for people who have some experience with lifting, beeing lifted by athor people, may it be acroyoga, aerial acrobatics or other related disciplines. Introduction into foot to hand and hand to hand positions and trick families. We teach safe practices for training and improving in standing partneracrobatics, spotting and some group acrobatics. As part of the sessions we offer genre specific warm up, conditioning, streching and cooldown excersizes.
