Project
Preparation of Value Network for SME's (VNV4C) in V4 countries in automotive and vehicle industry
The main output for the 2 day event is a series of workshops focussing on a range of topics impacting on the future of the global automotive industry. This in turn will throw up challenges for the V4 countries to consider going forward. The changes will continue (at an ever quicker rate) through external influences and this will require suppliers to better anticipate the changes likely to occur and plan how they will respond to remain competitive and be part of the future global automotive industry. There have been (and are) many changes occurring in the global automotive industry which is forcing many SMEs out of business. This situation is likely to become more acute as time progresses with many additional pressures on the SMEs. This will force many more SMEs out of business with corresponding damage to local communities and fabric of society as unemployment grows, and the loss of the multiplier effect on local economies becomes greater. The main objective is to consider how best to support the automotive suppliers in the V4 countries to respond to the changes in a timely manner and so remain competitive and successful automotive companies.
