Join our Team as a Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager (F/M) to join our dynamic team in Bratislava. If you have experience in project management and want to contribute to meaningful regional cooperation, this opportunity is for you.

Main Tasks

  • Providing guidance and consultations to potential applicants, answering questions (e-mail, telephone, videocalls) 
  • Processing applications for grant projects/scholarships/residencies
  • Assessing proposals and participating in project evaluations  
  • Supervising project implementation from contract to final report
  • Monitoring (incl. on-site monitoring) ongoing projects 
  • Public presentations of the Fund’s programs 
  • Contribution to the development of the organization and improvement of internal processes through individual and group tasks (as part of KPIs) 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Higher education degree (BA/MA degree) preferably in social studies, humanities or related fields

Language Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Czech (ideally native) and English (at least B2-C1, both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage

Work Experience

  • Experience with the civil society sector 
  • Experience in project management advantageous

  • Communication & advisory skills as well as evaluation & analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to details
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Basic digital literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • Category B driver’s license is required
  • Interest in the V4 region as well as the other priority target regions an advantage

Contract conditions

  • 3-month probation period
  • Fixed-term 1-year full-time (40 hour/week) contract with the possibility of prolongation
  • Full-time labor contract (40 hours/week) with partial remote work
  • 100% compensation during sick leave
  • Work in a small young international team
  • Starting salary from €1,600 gross depending on experience
  • Place of work Bratislava
