Online Seminar on the Fair trade Market Figures

This activity is to cost- and eco-effectively enhance cooperation among partners, build their and their stakeholders’ capacity for moving forward fairtrade regionally. Partners organise this 1st international V4 online seminars for partners and interested stakeholders to exchange experience, knowledge to build capacities for the improved promotion of fairtrade as socially innovative business practice. Besides participation from the project partners, we expect other CSOs, SME representatives, business and public body representatives, researchers, volunteers. We chose online seminars to allow wider participation and to minimize environmental burden. The 1st seminar's topic is the following: Market figures, market development, measurement. Polycultures and Permaculture

Blended (with online participation) international (with at least 30% of participants from the Visegrad countries and from Ukraine) research and practice conference “Polycultures and Permaculture” will be organized to collect and share experience from researchers and practitioners and to form an expert group for developing citizen’s polyculture research methodology, two Polyculture Design education modules (for academic, and for informal adult education) and to compose policy recommendation on biodiversity-based agriculture. Blended conference sessions will be organized in Warsaw, Poland (January 30), Kyiv, Ukraine (February 1), Davis, USA (February 6), and online session (February 8). http://visegrad.permakultura.sk/polycultures/
