Situation Silesia 2019 exhibition

Situation Silesia 2019 is an exhibition that has not been on such a scale so far. It is a breakthrough event that seeks Silesian identity in the field of contemporary fine arts. “V4 Film Days” (film screenings) in RA regions (Shirak, Lori, Gegharkunik, Kotayq, Armavir, Ararat, Aragatsotn)

(a) to raise awareness about the culture and heritage of Visegrad countries in RA regions through film screenings attracting new audiences to provide necessary conditions for expanding Cinema Subplatforms in 7 RA regions engaging large audiences and adding also art (involving representatives from art schools, specialized NGOs, etc.)/social components (involving representatives from specialized NGOs, schools, etc.) (Specific Goal 3); (b) to support further decentralization of cultural activities from the capital to the RA regions with the purpose of strengthening cultural relations between RA regions and Visegrad countries through intercultural dialogue by involving more RA regions (7 regions instead of 5 regions in 2018 (project ID 21820007)); (c) to rent cinema halls, necessary technical equipment (projectors for film screenings in regions) for realization of film screenings (5 screenings in each region (total 35 screening) of 15 long/short feature, animation and documentary films) produced in V4 for large audiences in Shirak (Gyumri), Lori (Alaverdi), Gegharkunik (Gavar), Kotayq (Zovuni), Armavir (Ejmiatsin), Aragatsotn (Ashtarak), Ararat (Ararat). (a) to raise awareness about the culture and heritage of Visegrad countries in Armenia through film screenings (5 screenings) attracting new audiences to support deepening Cinema Platform in Yerevan (Specific Goal 2); (b) to rent cinema halls and necessary technical equipment (projectors for film screenings) for realization of film screenings (5 screenings of 15 long/short feature, animation and documentary films) produced in V4 for large audiences in Yerevan. Film screenings in Yerevan will be followed by discussions (2) with invited project participants.
